In the vicinity of Mahikeng Lodge, visitors can also follow the scenic Magalies Meander and discover local highlights.
Mahikeng Lodge guests have the undivided attention of a full time and extremely knowledgeable game ranger, and soon discover some interesting information and facts about the game farm and its wildlife on a Gauteng safari in South Africa.
As part of the game drive, visitors get up close to Billy and Bonnie for a unique experience of touching beautiful baby Rhinos. Billy was brought to the Mahikeng Lodge at just 6 months old after his mother was poached for her horn. Bonnie's mother died of natural causes. Bonnie is Billy's new companion and they will both be introduced back into their natural environment.

The magnificent kloofs and sheer rock faces that surround Mahikeng Lodge can be explored on foot or horseback, while the look-out points offer superb views of the magnificent bushveld and rolling scenery.
After a fascinating morning game drive, guests can spend the day relaxing around the swimming pool or cycling through the extensive farm as abundant African wildlife laze in the shade of the Acacia trees just metres away.
